To lower my impact on the environment from what goes into making the ink (ink coming off gear creating micro plastics that end up in our ecosystems), gear will now be mostly made with embroidery for my hoodies/sweaters, shirts and hats. Starting this year all gear designs made mostly of ink will be limited to two in each size.

With this in mind starting 2/1/2023, I am reintroducing my Hna Hou Program (my return policy). In addition to a 25% off discount code for your next order, if your gear was made with mostly ink designs, I will also give you a free replacement for your original piece of gear with the choice of any gear in the same category made in embroidery (if you had a shirt then you get a shirt, if you had a hoodie you get a hoodie, etc...) 

*If I no longer make that design due to the amount of ink that goes into it, then you may pick any gear you like in the same category of your original gear.

Make Hawai’i Indigenous Again was my first design and my intentions behind the saying was to truly make Hawai’i, the ‘āina itself Indigenous again by removing plastics from the ocean, planting more Native plants, keep the valley’s singing with ‘Ōlelo Hawai’i, and keeping the culture alive by doing so includes this small change I’m making with my gear & business.

All gear sent back will be washed, fixed/remade into something new and donated to our west side communities living off the land who are in need of new clothes

 

With this in mind it does cost more to make gear with embroidery so my prices are going up a tad which is why I’m offering these discounts  for returned gear
